Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business opportunities, drive sales, and deliver results for designated accounts Identify new prospects and areas of potential growth A strong dedication to making solicitation calls, along with some outside sales calls Develop, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with key personnel at existing and new customers Create and execute sales and margin growth strategies Analyze information and develop problem solving solutions for the customer and the company Maximize profitability while achieving budgeted revenues and team sales goals Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver differentiated sales results Develop a thorough knowledge of Mr.
Chain's products and pricing strategy Routinely answer customer inquiries, provide sales quotations, and communicate updates Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Production, Assembly, and Shipping Input orders and ensure they are processed according to customer requirements Use Salesforce CRM to maintain records for customers and leads Attend trade shows and customer meetings as scheduled SUCCESS CHARACTERISTICS:
